PROPERTY OWNERS/RESORT ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS:
The guests are fully responsible to their safety and to the security of their belongings/valuables/vehicles during their entire stay in the premises.

The Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator will not be held liable in any manner for any accidents or injury that may arise due to the guests’ negligence.

The Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator will not be held liable in any manner for any untoward incident that may arise beyond the Property Owners and the Resort Administrator’s control.

The Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator will not be responsible for any loss/damage to the guests or to the guests' belongings for any cause whatsoever including theft.

The Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator reserve the right to end the accommodation of the guests who do not respect and follow house and pool rules, in which case, the guests shall be bound to vacate the premises when requested to do so. No refund will be paid by the Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator regardless of the shortened stay.

Any concerns/complains must be promptly relayed to the Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator for immediate assistance/resolution. Any complain that cannot be solved on the spot with the Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator will need the intervention of the barangay/police. Complains will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complains after check-out will not be considered.

The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator’s property caused by the guests and/or their companions, or any person for whom the guests are responsible.
