Rules

HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY:

  • Please provide copy of vaccine cards of all group members upon reservation. Only fully vaccinated guests are allowed inside the premises.

  • Please accurately and honestly specify number of guests during the reservation process. Use of the premises is limited to the number of persons as agreed upon during the reservation. Only registered guests will be allowed in the premises unless cleared in advance.

  • Copy of the house/pool rules will be sent to the guest via email prior to confirmation of booking. Original printed signed copy of the reservation agreement must be submitted by the guest to the Resort Administrator upon arrival at the resort.

  • Despite of confirmed reservation, admission will be denied to guests with fever, cold, cough or any symptoms thereof, in which case, re-booking will be accommodated based on earliest availability of the property.

  • Guests with skin abrasion and/or bandaged cut will not be allowed in the pool.

  • Any weapon, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are not allowed to be brought inside the premises.

  • Avoid going in and out of the premises, gate door must remain closed.

HOUSE RULES:

  • The Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator expect the property to be used responsibly by all guests. Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property (house or pool), will be charged accordingly on the cost of repair or replacement based on the current market price of the damaged item.

  • The guests are requested to take care of the accommodation and its furniture. We will highly appreciate if guests will refrain placing their feet on any piece of furniture.

  • Smoking is not allowed at the 2nd floor living and dining areas and inside the bedrooms.

  • Do not fight, wrestle, or rough play inside the premises.

  • No running or horseplay in the stairs area.

  • No pets allowed in the premises.

  • Bringing in food and beverages/liquor can be allowed.

  • Keep the volume of music, conversations, and other noise in moderation (at a level that will not disturb the neighborhood). We ask our guests to be respectful of our neighborhood with no loud noise, loud singing, shouting on the microphone or wild partying.

  • Videoke is allowed until 11:00 pm only.

  • Use of fireworks and sparklers is discouraged within the premises.

  • No littering and vandalism. Do not throw anything over the property’s perimeter fence. Do not throw chewing gums anywhere inside and outside the premises. Garbage, cigarette butts, candy wrappers and other refuse should be disposed in the trash bin.

POOL AREA RULES:

  • Please wear proper swimming attire (e.g. bathing suit, swimming trunks, cycling shorts, board shorts, spandex materials, white shirt). Strictly no zippers or buttons.

  • Children five years old and below must be accompanied and closely supervised by an adult who must remain the entire time the child is in the pool area.

  • Do not bring food or other refreshments within the pool area. Strictly no eating and drinking in the pool area.

  • Do not use glassware anywhere in the pool area.

  • Do not spit or blow your nose in the pool.

  • Stunt diving is prohibited.

  • Do not run, push, wrestle, or make undue disturbances in or about the pool area.

  • Do not sit on the pool ladders and concrete steps to ensure clear entries and exits for swimmers.

  • Abusive or profane language, loud shouting or yelling, are prohibited.

  • Dry off before entering indoors.

PROPERTY OWNERS/RESORT ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS:

The guests are fully responsible to their safety and to the security of their belongings/valuables/vehicles during their entire stay in the premises.

  • The Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator will not be held liable in any manner for any accidents or injury that may arise due to the guests’ negligence.

  • The Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator will not be held liable in any manner for any untoward incident that may arise beyond the Property Owners and the Resort Administrator’s control.

  • The Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator will not be responsible for any loss/damage to the guests or to the guests' belongings for any cause whatsoever including theft.

  • The Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator reserve the right to end the accommodation of the guests who do not respect and follow house and pool rules, in which case, the guests shall be bound to vacate the premises when requested to do so. No refund will be paid by the Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator regardless of the shortened stay.

  • Any concerns/complains must be promptly relayed to the Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator for immediate assistance/resolution. Any complain that cannot be solved on the spot with the Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator will need the intervention of the barangay/police. Complains will be considered only if reported during the stay. Subsequent complains after check-out will not be considered.

  • The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Property Owners and/or the Resort Administrator’s property caused by the guests and/or their companions, or any person for whom the guests are responsible.
