If the resort is available and the house rules and terms and conditions are acceptable, the guest may proceed to make a deposit of 50% down payment in order to confirm the reservation.
Downpayment can be made through bank deposit or online transfer to:

50% balance to be paid in full upon arrival at the premises prior to use of the resort.
NO Down Payment means NO Reservation.
Please call or text us before proceeding to make a deposit to the bank in order to reconfirm the availability of the resort.
Customer must send thru SMPP FB Page a copy or picture of the Deposit Slip or Gcash transfer receipt as proof of payment.
Failure to send us the copy of the bank deposit slip or Gcash transfer transaction slip means NO Reservation.
We will send copy of the Resort Reservation Agreement to the guest upon receipt of the proof of downpayment.
Guest to provide signed copy of the Resort Reservation Agreement together with the full payment upon check-in.
RE-BOOKING GUIDELINES
Downpayment is not refundable but can be applied for re-booking.
Re-booking is allowed up to maximum of 2 re-bookings only, after which, booking is cancelled and downpayment is forfeited.
Downpayment is forfeited when “No show/Non appearance” on the confirmed schedule without prior notice of re-booking at least 7 days prior to the initial reservation date.
Re-booking schedule will depend on the earliest availability of the resort.
